Reign-N-Country will be performing this Friday night at Towerpoint Resort from 7 to 10pm. Cost is $8, and includes a free dance lesson form 6:30 to 7.
Sadly, if you have been enjoying Reign-N-Country at the Mesa Buchhorn Elks, they are no longer playing at that venue.
So come on out to Towerpoint and enjoy a great night of dancing.
Last night marked the opening of the summer season at Towerpoint. It was kicked off by Debbie and Double Eagle Band to a sold out house. There wasn’t a seat to be found, but who needed chairs with the great music! I’ll swear Debbie and the guys get better every time we hear them.
Each Friday there will be a country band at Towerpoint RV Resort, through Oct 17. Sponsored by Reign-N-Country, come out out and enjoy great live music. Cost is $8 per person and they are doing a light dinner at 6pm for $6, and a free dance lesson from 6:30 to 7pm by Wild Bill and Carol.
So get out of your house and join us on Fridays at Towerpoint.
Wild Bill and Carol will start teaching at Mesa Spirit RV, 3020 E. Main St, every Wednesday beginning November 20. Classes will be from 6 to 7pm. Cost will only be $5 per person, partners preferred.
They will be instructing in Rhythm (Arizona) 2-Step from Nov 20 to Dec 18.
They will also be teaching Waltz, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, and Shuffles.

As of this past Tuesday, Farnworth Hall is holding Line Dance lessons from 6 to 7pm, with open dancing from 7 to 9pm. Music will be provided by Dakota Kid.
Dancing will continue through March 25th, check the schedule for blocked dates.
Admisssion is $5 per person.

The Friday night dances at Towerpoint are being moved for the next three weeks while their floor is refurbished. For the next three weeks they will be held at Mesa Spirit RV, 3020 E. Main St., in Mesa.
The line up for the three weeks will be:
June 28 – Reign-N-Country
July 5 – Desert Drifters
July 12 – Debbie and Double Eagle
They will return to Towerpoint on Friday, July 19th, with Desert Reign.
RNC will be at Towerpoint this Friday from 7 to 10pm. This is a great band so come out and enjoy the music.
They have been sponsoring these Friday night dances all summer and plan on having a dinner at the end of the season, October 12th. There will be a sign-up sheet this week for those planning on attending so they can get a good count for the attendance. Remember to purchase the 50/50 tickets, the extra dollars go toward the dinner.
Those of you who missed the dance last night at Towerpoint missed a great band. The Shiftwork Band took over for Reign-N-Country, it seems that Melody and Randy wanted the nignt off just because they got married yesterday. (Congratulations, BTW)
Well, we are glad they rescheduled. Jason and the band were fantastic. This is a band that you’ll want to get out and dance to. Vocals were great, music was wonderful. A great variety. Hope to see more of them.
